PURPOSE: A method for making a composition for making traditional wine containing nuruk is provided to easily make desired traditional wine. CONSTITUTION: A method for making a composition for making traditional wine containing nuruk comprises: a step of soaking rice or grains in the water and making hard-boiled rice(S11); a step of drying the hard-boiled rice(S12); a step of absorbing nuruk extract to the dry hard-boiled rice(S13); and a step of drying the hard-boiled rice(S14).
