腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全是导致术后语音异常的主要原因。如何改善并治疗腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全及病理性语音是近年来临床工作者研究的热点之一。本文就目前临床手术、语音治疗腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全的方法、作用、存在问题、临床意义做一综述，以期有助于临床研究。%The VPI is the main reason for the voice abnormalities after the UPPP.
