Objective To study the analysis of the early limb rehabilitation training on neural functional recovery of patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage hemiparalysis. Methods 86 cases of treated hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients were chosen from August 2014 to August 2015. Under the guidance of statistical principles, it is divided into basic data and no difference between the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given early rehabilitation training. Comparison of two groups of patients with neurological function recovery. Results The treatment, according to the results of observation group of patients in hospital time less than the control group patients, level observation group of patients hospitalized for (15.9±2.3) d, control group patients hospitalized for (20.3±2.4) d, data accord with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Early stage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation training, promote patients recovery of neurological function, reduce other complications.%目的：研究分析早期肢体康复训练对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取2014年8月～2015年8月收治的高血压脑出血偏瘫患者86例。在统计学原理的指导下将其分为基础性资料并无差异的对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予常规的护理方法，观察组予以早期康复训练。对比两组患者神经功能恢复情况。结果治疗结果显示，观察组患者住院时间少于对照组患者，观察组患者住院时间为（15.9±2.3）d，对照组患者住院时间为（20.3±2.4）d，数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期阶段予以高血压脑出血偏瘫患者康复训练，促进患者神经功能的康复，减少其他并发症的发生。
