FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises performing background examination of cardiac rhythm variability in a prone position 5 minutes and when performing active orthostatic test for 5 minutes with subsequent spectral analysis and calculation of relative spectral values. Method includes calculating ratio of indices %LF_ortho-test/%LF_background and %VLF_ortho-test/%VLF_background during orthostatic test to such background record.
