METHOD FOR MEDICAMENTOUS CORRECTION OF DISORDERED FUNCTION OF ADIPOSE TISSUE IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION WITH SIGNS OF METABOLIC SYNDROME

A method for medicamentous correction of the disordered function of adipose tissue in the patients with arterial hypertension with the signs of the metabolic syndrome provides for using different combinations of antihypertensive drugs dependent on the obesity level, the severity of arterial hypertension, and the presence of the components of the metabolic syndrome. In the patients with prediabetic state, the blood concentration of the hormone secreted by the adipose tissue is assessed. If the hormone concentration is decreased by at least 25 % as compared with the normal value, the additional remedy is added to the antihypertensive schedule.
