目的探讨学生为主体,教师为主导教学方法的教学效果。方法采用理论试卷法、现场操作及处理评分、最后问卷调查,评价社区实习生的总成绩与教学改进的效果。结果2014年实习学生的平均总成绩(90±8.0)分,高于2013年的实习平均总成绩(66±7.0)分,研究组的总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新的教学模式具有有效性和促进性。%Objective To explore the effect of student-centered, teacher led teaching methods.Methods Using operation and processing of field theory method, ifnally, test score questionnaire total score, improvement and evaluation of teaching effect of community intern.Results The average grade of the students in internship 2014, (90 ± 8.0) points, higher than the average grade 2013 internship (66 ± 7.0), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The new teaching mode is effective and promotion.
