可视喉镜在临床麻醉气管插管教学中的应用研究

     

摘要

Objective To study the clinical application of visual laryngoscope anesthesia intubation teaching.Methods Comparison the visual effects in clinical anesthesia laryngoscope intubation teaching and the traditional way of teaching endotracheal intubation.Results Patients with complications leading to visual laryngoscope 27.9% was lower than the traditional way of intubation 49.1%, trainees teaching satisfaction, anatomical grasp, confident operation, interest in learning is higher than the traditional way of teaching endotracheal intubation, compared the traditional way teaching intubation, was difference had statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching endotracheal intubation, laryngoscope can improve the application of visual teaching satisfaction, operational confidence, interest in learning, so that students master the anatomy deepened.%目的:研究可视喉镜在临床麻醉气管插管教学中的应用。方法将可视喉镜在临床麻醉气管插管教学中的应用效果与传统方式气管插管教学的效果进行比较。结果可视喉镜并发症发生率27.9%,低于传统方式气管插管的49.1%,学员对教学满意度、解剖掌握、操作自信、学习兴趣均高于传统方式气管插管教学,与传统方式气管插管教学相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床气管插管教学中,应用可视喉镜能够提高教学满意度,增加学生的操作自信和学习兴趣,使学生加深掌握解剖。
