急诊科实习护士带教体会

摘要

急诊实习护士从学校走进工作岗位，由于自身经验不足，实践能力差，不能及时进入抢救的角色，已成为抢救工作的一个突出矛盾。为了培养更多优秀的护士，完成学校与社会需求的顺利转型，实现理论与实践的良好结合，我们从思想教育、理论知识、技能训练、考核要求等方面进行论述，通过对相关内容的讲解，可有效提高实习护士综合能力，尽快适应抢救角色，发挥重大作用，成为一名合格的急诊科实习护士。%From school into the workplace, due to their own lack of experience, poor practical ability, emergency nurses can not be entered into the rescue role, this has become a prominent contradiction of the rescue work. In order to cultivate more excellent nurse, complete the smooth transformation of the school and community needs, achieve a good combination of theory and practice, we discussed the ideological education, theoretical knowledge, skills training, examination requirements, etc., through the explanation of the relevant content, practice nurses can effectively improve the comprehensive ability to adapt quickly to rescue role, play a major role as a qualiifed practice nurse in emergency department.
