蓝莓籽油挥发性成分的GC-MS分析

摘要

The constituents of biological active substances in blueberry see d oils are analyzed by GC-MS,a total of 6 7 constituents are isolated and identified.The principal constituents are curcumene (14.29%),Di-epi-alpha-cedrene (8.47%),alpha-Longipiene (6.47%),Eucalyptol (5.68%),Iso-caryophillene (5.67%), 2,2-Dimethyl-3-methylenebicyclo[2.2.2] heptane (5.14%), Hexanal (5.13%),3,7,7-Trimethylbicyclo [4.1.0]hept-3-ene (4.96%),Ylangene (3.33%),8-Isopropenyl-1,5-dimethyl-cyclodeca-1,5-diene (3.11%),(+)-Aromadendrene (2.98%),Borneol (2.38%).%为探讨蓝莓籽油中生物活性物质的组成成分，采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析测定蓝莓籽油组成成分。最终分离确定出67种物质的化学结构，其中优势成分为姜黄烯（14．29％），双表-雪松烯（8．47％），α-长叶蒎烯（6．47％），桉叶油醇（5．68％），异石竹烯（5．67％），2，2-二甲基-3-亚甲基二环[2．2．2]庚烷（5．14％），己醛（5．13％），3-蒈烯（4．96％），衣兰烯（3．33％），8-异丙烯基-1，5-二甲基-环葵-1，5-二烯（3．11％），（＋）-香橙烯（2．98％），2-莰醇（2．38％）。
