八角茴香中莽草酸的提取分离工艺及生理活性的研究进展

摘要

随着禽流感 H7N9在中国的部分城市出现，八角茴香因含有抵抗禽流感的药物达菲的主要成分---莽草酸而备受关注。简要介绍了八角茴香中莽草酸的提取、分离工艺及其生理活性，为开发和利用八角茴香中的莽草酸提供了理论依据。%With the emergence of avian influenza H7N9 in some cities of China,star anise has been focused j ust because it contains the main components of the drug Tamiflu-shikimic acids for resisting avian influenza.Briefly introduce the extracion,separation process and physiogical activity of shikimic acid in star anise,it has provided a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of shikimic acid in star anise.
