毛发中克伦特罗检测方法的研究进展

克伦特罗已严禁用于动物生产,监控其非法使用意义重大.毛发取材容易,药物残留浓度高且稳定.国内外已有研究报道将毛发作为监控克伦特罗使用的靶器官.作者对毛发中克伦特罗的检测方法进行综述,包括对毛发样品的洗涤、提取、净化方法及检测技术的研究进展.%The use of Clenbuterol as growth promoter in animal rearing has been banned.The control of the illegal use of Clenbuterol is vital.Hair samples have the advantage of high drug accumulation and can be easily collected, transported, and stored.Therefore, hair samples have been reported to be the material for the first screening of the possible illegal use of Clenbuterol.This review summarizes the methods for determination of Clenbuterol in hair, including pretreatment, extraction, purification and analysis.
