动物卫生监督机构官方兽医队伍建设中的问题分析

摘要

Since the implementation of Chinese official veterinarian system,animal health supervision and law enforcement are gradually back on track. At present,there are still some problems in the construction of the official veterinarian personnel team,such as the lag of related laws and regulations,the blurring boundaries,the low entry threshold to be an official veterinarian and the serious shortage of practitioners. Based on the above existed problems, corresponding proposals on how to guarantee its sound development were put forward,including perfecting laws and regulations,clarifying responsibilities,defining identities,conducting classified management,and training more practitioners,etc.%本文分析了目前官方兽医队伍建设存在的法律法规滞后、界限模糊、准入门槛低、数量配备不足等问题，提出了健全法律法规、厘清职责、明确身份、分类管理、充实数量等建议，为官方兽医队伍的建设与发展提供了借鉴。
