金银花中绿原酸的微波辅助提取工艺研究

     

摘要

Microwave-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from Honeysuckle was studied. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, microwave power and microwave treatment time on the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid were investigated. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: the ethanol volume fraction was 60 %, solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 10(g · Ml), microwave power was 300 W,microwave treatment time was 9 min. Under above conditions, the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid reached 3. 779%.%采用微波辅助法提取金银花中的绿原酸,研究了乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波功率和微波处理时间对绿原酸提取率的影响.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶ 10(g∶ mL)、微波功率300 W、微波处理时间9 min,在此条件下,绿原酸提取率达3.779%.
