DMA中添加剂对葡萄糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛的影响

摘要

以葡萄糖为原料,在有机溶剂N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)中制备5-羟甲基糠醛,考察了添加剂种类、添加剂用量等因素对5-羟甲基糠醛产率的影响.结果表明,以溴盐为添加剂对反应的促进作用更显著,且随溴盐用量的增加,产物的产率也相应提高,最高产率达88％.%5-Hydroxymethylfufural(HMF) was directly prepared from glucose in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA). The effects of different additive type and additive amount on yield of HMF were investigated. The results showed that the yield of HMF improved while the amount of additive bromate salt increased, and the highest yield reached 88%.
