P(St-AM)@Ag复合微球的气敏性研究

     

摘要

通过在核壳聚合物聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺)微球表面吸附Ag+继而用紫外灯光照还原,制备了P(St-AM)@Ag复合微球.采用扫描电子显微镜、紫外可见反射光谱、X-射线粉末衍射对P(St-AM)@Ag复合微球进行了表征,并研究了复合微球的气敏性.结果表明,所制备P(St-AM)@Ag复合微球对乙醚蒸气具有良好的响应性和响应稳定性,复合微球粒径越小、微球表面包覆的Ag越多,响应性越大,粒径205 nm的P(St-AM)@Ag复合微球在饱和乙醚蒸气中的最大响应性可达3.12.%Poly(styrene-acrylamide) microspheres coated by nanoparticles of silver [P(St-AM)@Ag] were fabricated by adsorbing Ag+ on the surface of poly ( sty rene-acryiamide) microspheres, following with reduction irradiated by UV light. The as-prepared P(St-AM)@Ag were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, UV-visible reflectance spectrum and X-ray diffraction. The vapor response properties of P(St-AM)@Ag complex microspheres were studied. The results demonstrated that P(St-AM)@Ag were of good responsiveness and responsive stability to ethyl ether vapor,the smaller particle size of P(St-AM)@ Ag were complex micro-spheres, the more loading amount of Ag+ on microspheres,its vapor responsiveness was the higher. The maximum responsiveness of P(St-AM)@Ag complex microspheres with particle size of 205 nm was 3. 12 in saturated ethyl ether vapor.
