高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中的多种着色剂

     

摘要

A HPLC method was developed for simultaneous determination of five colorants in ice cream and lactobacillus drink such as lemon yellow,amaranth,ponceau 4R, sunset yellow and allura red. The chromato-graphic conditions were as follows:Shim-pack VP-ODS (4. 6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) as separation column,iso-cratic elution was adopted,methanol-0. 02 mol · L-1 ammonium acetate (pH =6,volume ratio 20 : 80)as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1. 0 mL · Min-1, detection wavelength of 210 nm by UV detector. Under above conditions,the linear range was 0~50 μg · mL-1 ,the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 91185~0. 9979,the detection limit was 2~5 μg · mL-1 ,and the recovery was 95. 62%~100%. This method has high precision with the characters of simple operation and rapid determination. It is an effective method for determining various colorants in food simultaneously.%建立了一种高效液相色谱法同时测定冰淇淋、乳酸菌饮品中的柠檬黄、苋莱红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红等5种着色剂的方法.确定的色谱条件为:选用Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱、紫外检测器,检测波长210 nm,以pH=6的甲醇—0.02 mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液(20:80,体积比)为流动相,采用等浓度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1.检测的线性范围为0~50 μg·mL-1,相关系数为0.91185~0.9979,最低检测限为2~5 μg·mL-1,回收率在95.62%~100%之间.该方法精密度高、操作简单、检测快速,是同时检测食品中多种着色剂的有效方法.
