Cu 负载 TiO2及其 CdS 复合物的光解水性能

     

摘要

光解水制氢技术是解决能源环境问题的重要手段。本研究通过负载非贵金属 Cu 于 TiO 2表面,提高光催化活性,并与 CdS 进行复合从而获得高活性的可见光催化材料。利用 X 射线衍射、紫外-可见漫反射和高分辨透射电镜手段表征了 Cu 的物种、催化材料的光吸收性能及复合物的形貌和复合状态。活性测试显示 Cu 的负载可以显著提高 TiO 2的光催化活性,当 Cu 负载量为2%(质量分数)时光催化活性产氢最高,为未负载的29倍。 Cu/TiO 2与 CdS 复合后,CdS 的电子可以快速的传递到 TiO 2表面的 Cu 上,从而达到电子和空穴的分离,提高了CdS 在可见光下的产氢活性。%Photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen energy is an important method to solve environmental and energy crisis problems in the world.In this study,we obtained Cu/TiO 2 photocatalyst with high photocatalytic activity by loading non-noble metal Cu on the surface of TiO 2 and further obtained visible-light-response photocatalytic material with high activity by compounding with CdS.The chemical state of Cu,the light response properties of photocata-lysts as well as the contact state of composite were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS)and high resolution transmission electron mi-croscopy(HRTEM).The photocatalytic activity test revealed that the Cu loading could enhance apparently the photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution.The Cu/TiO 2 possessed the high-est hydrogen rate when the amount of loading Cu was 2% (mass fraction),reaching the 29 times of naked TiO 2 .When Cu/TiO 2 compounded with CdS,the electrons from CdS excited by visible light could transfer the Cu on the surface of TiO 2 fast and improved the photocatalytic activity of CdS under visible light.
