蒙脱石负载纳米TiO2复合物的制备、表征及光催化性能研究

     

摘要

The TiO2 /montmorillonite composite was prepared by the method of Hydrolysis precipitation with Na-montmorillonite and sulfuric acid oxygen titanium as raw materials. The exchange of phase composition and photocatalytic activity were researched through the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the degradation of methylene blue solution. The results show that the TiO2 in the TiO2/montmorillonite composite has a higher phase transition temperature, and the TiO2 wrapped in montmorillonite surface and inserted the interlayer space is steadier than the pure TiO2. The photocatalytic results show that the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2/montmorillonite composite calcinated at 1100 ℃ is better than pure TiO2, it can be used to manufacture the surface of environmental high- temperature ceramic, which could clean the air. This experiment provides a way for researching the new environmental ceramic.a%以钠化蒙脱石和硫酸氧钛为原料,采用水解沉淀法制备TiO2/蒙脱石复合材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和光催化亚甲基蓝溶液对其物相组成及转变、光催化性能进行了研究.结果发现,TiO2/蒙脱石复合物能使TiO2相变温度增大,表明包覆在蒙脱石表面及进入层间域的TiO2较纯TiO2更稳定.光催化结果表明,1100℃下焙烧的TiO2/蒙脱石复合物光催化效果较纯TiO2好,可制成环保高温陶瓷的表面,对空气进行净化,为研究新型环保陶瓷提供了方向.
