介孔结构 K8SiMo11O39·2 H2O/TiO2的合成及光催化性能研究

     

摘要

The new composite material K8SiMo11O39· 2H2O/TiO2 was prepared by wet impregnation method.The samples were char-acterized by IR ,XRD and TG-DTA.The specific surface area and aperture of photocatalyst were characterized by N 2 adsorption-de-sorption,show that product for mesoporous materials.The title compound was researched as the photocatalyst to degradation of meth -yl orange.The effects of the catalyst quantity ,the illumination time and the solution pH on decolorizing efficiency of methyl orange were discussed.The results of the experimentation showed the optimum catalytic conditions the amount of catalyst dosage was 80 mg · L-1 ,the initial concentration of methyl orange was 10 mg· L-1 ,the hydrogen peroxide dosage was 10 mL· L-1 ,excellent effect of de-color,decolorizing rate was 85%.%  采用浸渍法制备K8 SiMo11 O39·2H2 O/TiO2复合材料。用IR、XRD、TG-DTA等方法进行了表征。用N2吸附-脱附等温线考察了催化剂的比表面、孔径,表明产物为介孔材料。以标题化合物作为光催化剂催化降解甲基橙,探讨催化剂用量、甲基橙的初始浓度、过氧化氢的用量等条件对甲基橙脱色率的影响,结果表明:催化剂加入量为80 mg· L-1、甲基橙的初始浓度为10 mg· L-1,H2 O2的用量为10 mL· L-1时,脱色率达到92%。
