微波消解-ICP-MS法测定利奈唑胺中残留钯

摘要

本文测定了抗生素原料药利奈唑胺中的残留钯(Pd)的含量.采用微波消解对样品进行了前处理,用铑(Rh)作为内标,对仪器漂移和基体效应进行校正,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行测定.平均回收率为98.6％,方法检出限为0.02 μg·L-1.该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于利奈唑胺中残留痕量钯的测定.%The concentration of residual Pd in linezolid (antibiotic bulk) was determined by ICP-MS in this work. Microwave digestion was used for sample decomposition, Rh was selected as interior standard element to regulate instrument drift and matrix effects. The average recovery was 98. 6% ,and the limit of detection was 0. 02 μg o L-1. This is a simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the determination of trace Pd in linezolid.
