8 Novel oxime ester derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole moiety were synthesized from substituted benzoicacid and ke-tone via esterification,hydrazinolysis,cyclization,hydrazine,oxime esterification,esterification and substitution reactions. Structures of title compounds were confirmed by the metholds of IR,NMR and MS. Results of preliminary bioassay indicated that some of title compounds showed excellent antibacterial activities against Xanthomonas citri subsp. Citri,Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae and Pseudomonas solanacearum(E. F. Smith). Smith,and exhibited potential antifungal against G. zeae,F. oxysporum,C. mandshurica, P. infestans,P. sasakii,S. sclerotiorum,and showed potential antiviral activity against tobacco mosaic virus.%以取代苯甲酸和取代酮为原料,经酯化、肼解、环化、肟酯化、酯化和取代等反应合成8个新型含1,2,4-三唑的肟酯类衍生物,所有目标化合物的结构通过1 H NMR、13 C NMR、IR及MS等方法表征.生物活性测试结果表明:目标化合物对柑橘溃疡病菌、水稻白叶枯病菌和烟草青枯病菌具有较好的抑制活性,对小麦赤霉菌、辣椒枯萎菌、苹果腐烂菌、马铃薯晚疫菌、水稻纹枯菌、油菜菌核菌和烟草花叶病毒均有一定的抑制活性.
