随着燃料油中硫化物含量的标准限值越来越严格,对燃料油中硫化物的脱除工艺技术也提出了更高的要求.合成了十聚钨酸十六烷基三甲基铵[C16H33N (CH3)3]4W10O32和离子液体[Omim] PF6,分别作为催化剂和萃取剂,构建了[C16H33N(CH3)3]4W10O3/[Omim] PF6/H2O2催化氧化萃取耦合脱硫体系,用于模拟汽油中硫化物二苯并噻吩(DBT)的脱除研究.考察了H2 O2用量、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂[C16H33N(CH3)3]4W10O32用量对DBT脱除率的影响,结果表明:在H2O2与S的摩尔比为4、反应温度50℃、反应时间60 min、催化剂与S的摩尔比为0.02、离子液体与模拟汽油体积比为0.2的条件下,DBT脱除率最高,可达98.6%.%Along with the increasingly strict standard limit value of sulfide content in fuel oil,higher demand of sulfides removing technology is proposed.Deca-tungstate hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium [C16 H33 N (CH3) 3] 4 W10 O32 and ionic liquids [Omim] PF6 are synthesized,respectively as catalyst and extracting agent,which build up the extraction coupled catalytic oxidation desulfurization system [C 16 H33 N (CH3) 3] 4 W10 O32/[Omim] PF6/H2 O2 to adopt to remove dibenzothiophene (DBT) from the model gasoline.The effects of the dosage of H2 O2,reaction temperature,reaction time and the dosage of the catalyst on the sulfide removal are studied,and the results show that when the molar ratio of H2O2 to S is 4,reaction temperature is 50 ℃,reaction time is 60 min,molar ratio of catalyst to S is 0.02 and volume ratio of ionic liquids to model oil is 0.2,the effect of DBT removing is the best,and the highest removing rate of DBT is 98.6%.
