采用常规PCR方法和实时荧光PCR方法对花生油中掺入的大豆油和棕榈油进行检测。以5%~50%的体积百分比将大豆油和棕榈油掺入到花生油中进行检测,当掺入的大豆油和棕榈油比达到10%时,实时荧光PCR和常规PCR均能检测到大豆和棕榈的内源基因,且重复性和特异性较好。在该研究中,实时荧光PCR方法和常规PCR方法在灵敏度方面并没有显著差异。%The peanut oil blended with soybean oil and palm oil was detected by PCR and real-time fluorescence PCR methods. The percentage by volume of 5%-50%of soybean oil and palm oil mixed with into peanut oil,when mixed with 10%of soybean oil and palm oil,the endogenous genes can be detected by real-time fluorescence PCR and PCR. The methods showed good repeatability and specificity. In this study,there was not significantly difference between real-time fluorescence PCR method and PCR method in the sensitivity.
