竹叶多糖是一种具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤等多种生理功能的植物活性多糖,近几年引起了国内外学者的关注。该文综述了竹叶多糖的提取、分离纯化与生物活性等方面的研究现状,指出了目前其研究中存在的问题并进行展望,以期为其在功能性食品和药品中的开发应用提供参考。%Bamboo leaf polysaccharide is a kindof plant polysaccharide whichhas antioxidant effects, fatigue resisting impact,antineoplastic actions andmanyother physiological functions. Ithascaptured attentionsof both domestic and international scholars.The studyon the progressof extraction, separation,purification and biological activityof bamboo leaf polysaccharide was reviewed in this paper.The paper also pointedout the problems existing incurrent studies and looked forward into the future,as to be a reference for the applicationof bamboo leaf polysaccharide in functional food and drugs.
