糖蛋白结构鉴定研究现状

摘要

糖蛋白以各种形式广泛存在于动植物和某些微生物体内，是生物体中重要的生理活性物质，为了能更好地利用糖蛋白就需要对糖蛋白的结构进行鉴定，主要集中在糖蛋白的分离提纯、糖肽键的分析、糖基化位点的分析、糖链的分析等，多采用色谱、质谱以及核磁共振等技术进行鉴定。%Various formsofglycoproteins widely existin animals,plants,andcertainmicrobe. They are theimportant substances with physiological activeinorganism. Inorder tomake better useofglycoproteins,we need toidentify the structureofglycoproteins,anduse the technologiesof chromatography,mass spectrometry and nuclearmagnetic resonance(NMR) to analysis the separating and purifyingofglycoproteins,glycopeptide link,glycosylation sites,glycansand and soon.
