运用改良QuEChERS技术测定粮谷中20种有机磷农药的气相色谱-串联质谱检测法

     

摘要

该文研究了分散固相萃取―气相色谱―串联质谱(GC–MS/MS)联用技术测定粮谷中20种有机磷农药残留的方法。改进了粮谷前处理中的提取溶剂、分散固相萃取净化剂的加入量以及提取剂pH。结果表明,在10.0~100μg/L的浓度范围内,线性良好,相关系数r均大于0.995,定量限LOQ为10μg/kg。平均回收率在70.5%~105.2%之间,方法的相对标准偏差RSD值为2.4%~15.9%。该方法具有前处理简便快捷、净化效果佳、灵敏度高、成本低的特点,适用于粮谷中有机磷农药残留的快速确认及定量检测。%An analyticalmethod was developed for the simultaneous determinationof 20organic phosphorus pesticidesingrainsusingmodifiedQuEChERSmethod andgaschromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC–MS/MS).The procedureof pretreatment wasimproved,such as extraction solvent,volumeof dispersive solid–phase extractioncleanup agent and pHof extraction solvent.The resultsindicated thatit was agood linearin theconcentration range from 10.0 to 100μg/L,the linear correlationcoefficients weregreater than 0.995.The limitsof detectionof 20organic phosphorus pesticides were 10μg/kg.The average recoveries ranged from 70.5% to 105.2% and theRSDs were between 2.4% and 15.9%.Themethod was suitable for theidentification and quantitative detectionof organic phosphorus pesticidesingrains due toits simplicity,good purification,high sensitivity and low cost.
