融冻微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取檀香挥发油的工艺研究

             

摘要

The sandalwood essential oil was extracted from the sandalwood powder by the method of thawing microwave assisted steam distillation. The optimal thawing microwave assisted extraction processing conditions were explored by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the order of primary and secondary factors that effected the extraction rate of sandalwood essential oil were microwave time,dosage of ethanol solution,ethanol liquor concentration and steam distillation time. The optimum technical conditions were as follows:1.2 times of liquid–powder(volume ratio), ethanol liquor concentration 80%,microwave time 20 s,steam distillation time 60 min. At last,the electron microscope scanning showed that it was visible in the sandalwood plant cell shrinkage,dry form after thawing microwave assisted extraction.%采用融冻微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取檀香挥发油,并用单因素试验和正交试验筛选最佳提取条件。结果表明,影响檀香挥发油得率因素的主次顺序依次为微波辐射时间、乙醇溶液的用量、乙醇浓度和蒸馏时间。最佳工艺为乙醇水溶液体积用量为原料量的1.2倍(体积比)、乙醇水溶液浓度80%、微波辐射时间20 s、蒸馏时间60 min。最后用 SEM 电镜扫描融冻微波辅助提取后的檀香木植物细胞,其形态干瘪证明内部成分已被有效提取。
