百合籽多糖的制备及其抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

采用热水浸提法提取百合籽多糖,并用苯酚–硫酸法测定其含量,采用红外光谱鉴定多糖的结构。测定清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和还原能力来研究百合籽多糖的抗氧化活性。研究表明,百合籽的多糖含量为64.42%,其具有清除超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的活性,并具有一定的还原能力。%Lily seed polysaccharide was extracted in hot water and detected by phenol–sulfuric method. The structure was elucidated by IR. Its antioxidant activity was studied by determining the scavenging effectsof superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical and reducting power. The results showed that the averagecontentof polysaccharides from lily seed was 64.42%,and it had the activityof scavenging superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical andcertain reducting power.
