微波辅助提取银叶树果壳黄酮及抗氧化性研究

         

摘要

以银叶树果壳为原料,采用单因素试验和响应面法优化微波辅助提取银叶树果壳黄酮的工艺条件,并考察银叶树果壳黄酮对DPPH、羟自由基的清除能力.结果表明:微波辅助提取银叶树果壳黄酮的最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度52 %、液料比108∶1(mL/g)、微波功率320 W、提取时间2.4 min.在此条件下银叶树果壳黄酮得率为14.65%.银叶树果壳黄酮对DPPH、羟自由基的IC50分别为31.64 、73.97 μg/mL,表明银叶树果壳中黄酮具有良好的抗氧化作用.%With Heritiera littoralis shell as materials, the process conditions of using microwave-assisted method to extract flavonoids from Heritiera littoralis shell was optimized by single factor test and response surface analysis, and the scavenging effect of Heritiera littoralis shell flavonoids on DPPH and hydroxyl radical were studied. The results showed the optimal extracting conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 52 %, ratio of liquid to solid 108∶1(mL/g), microwave power 320 W, extraction time 2.4 min, under these conditions, the extraction ratio of flavonoids from Heritiera littoralis shell was 14.65%. The IC50value of Heritiera littoralis shell flavonoids on DPPH and hydroxyl radical were 31.64 and 73.97 μg/mL, which showed that flavonoids from Heritiera littoralis shell behaved good antioxidant effect.
