工科类院校体育俱乐部教学模式的研究--以盐城工学院为例

     

摘要

为探索符合工科类院校公共体育课教学的体育俱乐部教学的模式,分析我国高校公共体育教学模式和开展的俱乐部教学模式存在的缺陷和不足,通过文献检索、专家访谈、问卷调查、实验等方法,就实施体育俱乐部教学模式的可行性、盐城工学院目前公共体育课的现状进行了研究,并对构建的工科类院校体育俱乐部教学模式基本结构图进行实验研究。结果表明:有70%的专家认为理工类学校体育教学实施体育俱乐部教学模式很有必要,盐城工学院健美操120名学生选项实验班满意度高达94.64%。工科类院校在完成体育课的教学任务和目的的基础上,开设体育俱乐部教学模式,能够充分发挥学生个人的体育才能、兴趣与爱好,促使学生形成良好的体育行为方式和终身锻炼身体的习惯,有利于推进高校体育教育的全面改革。%To explore the suitable sports club teaching mode for public physical education in engineering colleges, analyze the defects and shortcomings of the public physical education teaching mode and sports club teaching mode of development in university.Through literature review,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments and other methods,this paper studies the feasibility of the sports club teaching mode and present situation of public physical education in Yancheng Institute of Technology,analyzes the construction of the basic structure of sports club teaching mode in engineering colleges.The results show that 70% of the experts believe that it is necessary to implement sports club teaching mode in the school sports teaching in engineering colleges,the satisfaction is 94.64%options in 120 aerobics students of experimental class in Yancheng Institute of Technology.Offering sports club teaching mode can give full play to students'physical abilities,interests and hobbies,make students form good sports behavior and the lifelong habit of physical exercise,and promote comprehensive reform of physical education in university.
