Disclosed are an MIT application circuit applying an MIT element, capable of protecting a system by automatically controlling an output current using the MIT element, an electrical and electronic system including the same, and a driving method thereof. The present invention can maintain a balance state by automatically repeating operations of increasing and decreasing the output current using the MIT application circuit without system down when an overcurrent and an over-temperature due to the overcurrent are generated in the system.
