“阳光体育运动”背景下民间传统体育引入高校体育课程的实验研究

摘要

China’s traditional folk sports is colorful , the traditional folk sports is introduced school physical edu-cation has a strong feasibility and significance .In response to the call of sunshine sports , in line with the new physical education curriculum standards needs , further expand people -oriented educational goals , enhance students’ interest in learning and initiative , inheritance, carry forward an important way of traditional Chinese culture.%我国传统民间体育项目丰富多彩，传统民间体育引入学校体育课程教学具有较强的可行性，并有重要意义：响应阳光体育运动的号召，符合新课标的需要，是以人为本教育目标的进一步拓展；寓教于乐，提高学生的学习兴趣与主动性；是传承、发扬中华传统文化的重要载体。
