基本“能力本位”的高职体育专业教学团队建设的必要性及对策研究

摘要

专业教学团队建设是加强师资队伍建设的有效途径，也是提高专业人才培养质量、办出高职特色的关键。能力本位是教师素质结构的重要内涵，本文分析了高职体育专业教学团队建设的必要性，并就如何建设以能力培养为目标的教学团队提出了对策。%The construction of professional teaching team is the effective way to strengthen the construction of teacher team, and also to improve the quality of professional personnel , do out the key features of higher vocational education.Ability standard is the important connotation of teachers ’ quality structure .This paper analyzes the necessity of vocational teaching team construction , and puts forward the countermeasure for how to construct the teaching team .
