基于“能力本位”的高职体育专业教学团队建设现状及途径研究

The core of professional skill training with ability training has got widely attention .However , creating a good teaching team is the powerful guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training .This paper surrounding the ability standard of higher vocational college sports professional teaching team construction , analysis of the current situation of the construction of the team , aimed at the problems existing in the professional teaching team construction ways are put forward .%以能力培养为核心的职业技能人才培养受到广泛的关注和重视，而创建一支优秀的教学团队是提高人才培养质量的有力保障。本文围绕以能力本位为主旨的高职体育专业教学团队建设，分析了目前团队建设的现状，针对存在的问题提出了专业教学团队建设途径。
