Through literature analysis,this paper explores matters need attention in principle -formulating and implementing of exercise prescriptions from perspectives of classification of exercise prescription,exercise intensity,exercise duration,frequency of exercise and exercise precautions to achieve the goal of promoting students'physical health.%运用文献资料法,从运动处方的分类、运动强度、运动持续时间及运动频率、锻炼注意事项等方面,阐述了学生健身运动处方的制定原则和实施运动处方的注意事项,以达到促进学生的体质健康的目的。
