南京理工大学泰州科技学院(下称泰科院)自成立以来,一直坚持“办真心关爱学生的大学”,树立“快乐第一、健康体育”的思想目标,上好一门增强学生的体质和提高健康水平的体育课,鼓励学生走入更多的体育环境参与课外体育活动。本文以2012-2015级在校学生体质测试数据进行研究,分析其发展水平及变化情况,并通过公共体育课的合理干预,来促进学生身体健康、心理健康以及社会适应力的提升。%Since the established of the Taizhou Science and Technology College of Nanjing University of Science and Technology,which always adheres to the “A University Which Truly Cares About The Students”,and established the aim of “Happy for the First,Healthy Physical Education ”,gives a course of improving the students’physique and health level,encourages students to participate in extracurricular sports activities.This study take the 2012 -2015 class in the school student physique as researching,analysis the situation of theirs develop level,and through the reasonable intervention of public physical education,to improve the students physical health,psychological health and social adaptability enhance.
