中学体育教师教学能力构成要素研究

摘要

The teaching ability of teachers directly affects the quality of teaching,and it plays an important role in middle school students’physical exercise and physical education.The research shows that the middle school physical education teachers’teaching ability mainly includes professional knowledge ability,innovation ability, design ability,explanation and demonstration ability and classroom management ability,as well as the ability of after class evaluation.Suggestions:schools should strengthen the professional training of physical education teachers;to create a good atmosphere of teaching and learning;physical education teachers should have self -learningconstantly.%教师教学能力的高低直接影响着教学课堂的质量，对中学生身体锻炼和体育基础的夯实具有至关重要的作用。研究表明，中学体育教师教学能力主要包括专业知识能力、创新能力、设计能力、讲解与示范能力和课堂管理能力，以及课后评价能力。建议：学校要加强体育教师的业务培训；营造良好的教学竞争氛围；体育教师要不断自我学习。
