篮球运动员特长技术训练对策初探

摘要

运用文献研究法,对篮球运动员特长技术训练对策进行了研究.根据目前我国篮球运动员特长技术训练的实际情况,以及运动训练行为的内在逻辑,认为特长技术训练对策应为:强化特长技术训练的意识观念;充分认识运动员的技术状况;确立运动员特长技术的训练任务和重点;采用相应的方法和手段训练特长技术;实战中检验特长技术的训练效果等,为训练实践提供参考.%Literature research method is used to study the countermeasures of specialty technical training for basketball players.According to the current actual conditions of specialty technical training for basketball player in china and the internal logic of behavior in sports training, the specialty technical training countermeasures are as follows: strengthen the basketball players' consciousness of specialty technical training, fully recognize the players' technical conditions,establish basketball players' specialty training mission and training emphasis,train specialty techniques with corresponding training methods and test the specialty technical training effectiveness in matches, which will provide references to training.
