我国大学管理现状与改革取向分析

摘要

大学管理是指大学的利益相关者依一定权力对学校的资源进行组织和协调,以达到学校预期发展目标的活动过程。目前,我国大学管理官本位倾向明显而去个性化现象突出。建立＂学术本位＂的大学管理模式,要精简行政管理机构;强化学术专家在大学管理中的作用;建立一套有效服务学术的行政管理制度。%University management is defined that the stakeholders organize and coordinate the resources with their power in order to reach the expected purposes quickly ,which is characterized as official-oriented and no individual character. In order to reach the aim of ＂academic-oriented＂, we should simplify administrative agencies;Strengthen the management rele of academic experts in umiversity;establish and effective sgstem of administration of academic services.
