螺虫乙酯与乙螨唑混配对柑橘红蜘蛛的增效作用研究

     

摘要

The leaf­disc spray method was implemented to determine toxicological effects of spirotetramat, etoxazole and their mixtures on Panonychus citri McGregor. Results showed that all mix­proportions at the dosage of available ingredients had synergetic effects, of which 2:1 mix­proportion had the most remarkable effects. The relative toxicity index and co­toxicity coefficient index were 1.73 and 164.90, respectively. Field tests demonstrated that after 14 days of spaying 2:1 mix­proportion of spirotetramat and etoxazole by using 40~50 mg/L liquid during the beginning and fast growth periods, control effects reached 93.07%~96.47%. In summary, they had decent control effects on Panonychus citri McGregor and the effects lasted over 28 days, verifying the results in the laboratory.%采用叶碟喷雾法测定了螺虫乙酯、乙螨唑及其混剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的毒力,结果表明,螺虫乙酯与乙螨唑混配,各个配比均有增效作用,其中以2︰1(有效成分)的配比增效作用最大,毒性比率和共毒系数分别为1.73和164.90。田间药效试验表明,螺虫乙酯与乙螨唑以2︰1的混剂用40~50 mg/L的药液在柑橘红蜘蛛柑始盛期喷雾防治,药后14 d,防效可达93.07%~96.47%,对柑橘红蜘蛛有良好的防治效果,持效期可达28 d以上,室内结果在田间试验中得到验证。
