摘要:采用浸叶法测定了毒死蜱、高效氯氰菊酯、多杀菌素、甲维盐、阿维菌素、虫酰肼、丁醚脲7种不同类型的药剂对小菜蛾田间种群与相对敏感种群的毒力。结果表明:除毒死蜱与丁醚脲外,小菜蛾田间种群对其他5种药剂均有不同程度的抗性,对虫酰肼的最高,毒力倍数为6.17倍;对阿维菌素的最低,毒力倍数为2.62倍。与相对敏感种群相比,毒死蜱对田间种群毒力倍数为0.58,而丁醚脲对田间种群的毒力相差不大。毒死蜱、高效氯氰菊酯、多杀菌素、甲维盐、阿维菌素、虫酰肼、丁醚脲对田间种群的 LC50分别为39.0983μg/mL、382.9084μg/mL、5.4145μg/mL、1.2918μg/mL、8.4807μg/mL、250.5619μg/mL、104.2211μg/mL。%Leaf diping method was used to determine toxicities of 7 types of pesticides (chlorpyrifos, betacypermethrin, spinosad, emamectin benzoate, abamectin, tebufenozide, diafenthiuron) against field population and relatively sensitive population of Diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L.. Results showed that five pesticides had different levels of resistance to the field population of Plutella xylostella except for chlorpyrifos and diafenthiuron. Tebufenozide had the highest degree of resistance, with virulence multiples 6.17 times;Abamectin had the minimum degree of resistance, with virulence multiples 2.62 times. Compared with relatively sensitive population, Chlorpyrifos toxicity multiples to the field population was 0.58, while Diafenthiuron’s virulence in field populations was almost the same to field population. LC50 of Chlorpyrifos, betacypermethrin, spinosad, emamectin salt, Abamectin, tebufenozide, and diafenthiuron to field population were listed as follows: 39.098 3 μg/mL, 382.908 4μg/mL, 5.414 5 μg/mL, 1.291 8 μg/mL, 8.480 7 μg/mL, 250.561 9μg/mL, and 104.221 1μg/mL, respectively.
