The insulation method of intermittent coating for the root segment of pole piece was proposed.An automatic gelatinizing device was designed,which could gelatinize automatically in the ear of pole piece while the intermittent coater was running,and the purpose of insulating the root segment of the pole piece was achieved.%提出一种间歇涂布极耳根部的绝缘方法,并设计一种自动化涂胶装置,能在间歇涂布机涂布的同时,自动完成极耳涂胶功能,达到极耳根部绝缘的目的.
