润滑脂对轮毂轴承摩擦力矩和整车油耗影响的试验研究

摘要

The viscosity of lubricating grease affects the friction torque and performance of wheel hub bear-ing, and hence influences the performance and fuel consumption of vehicle. In this paper, an experimental study is conducted to analyze the effects of different lubricating greases on the friction torque of wheel-hub bearings and the coasting fuel consumption of vehicle. The results show that the lubricating grease with low viscosity is of important significance for reducing the friction torque of wheel hub bearing and the fuel consumption of vehicle.%润滑脂的黏度影响轮毂轴承的摩擦力矩及其使用性能,从而影响整车性能和油耗.本文中通过试验研究,分析不同润滑脂对轮毂轴承摩擦力矩和整车滑行油耗的影响,结果表明,黏度较低的润滑脂对降低轮毂轴承摩擦力矩和整车油耗有重要意义.
