某柴油机进气歧管EGR率分布

             

摘要

When mounted a eertain diesel engine on a vehicle, small distance between EGR valve and EGR I,ipe on intake manifold is found. To solve this problem. EGR valve was adjusted locally and three sehemes were designed. In onler to find the most optimum scheme, numerical simulation on ECR ratio distribution of intake manifold on the diesel engine hv using CFD sotfware AVL-FIRE is carried out. And each design scheme was analyzed. In each design schetme, EGR ratio and its deviation was obtained through calculation. The eslimation was made according to evaluation standard. The results showed that the second scheme was the best and the design requirements were met.%在对某柴油机的数模进行整车搭载时,发现该柴油机进气歧管的EGR阀和EGR管路之间存在间隙小的问题为了解决此问题,对EGR阀座进行了局部调整,共设计了3种方案。为了找出最优方案,文章通过大型CFI)软件AVL-FIRE对进气歧管的EGR率分布进行了数值模拟,对各设计方案进行了分析,通过计算,得到了各方案进气歧管的EGR率以及EGR率的偏差,最后根据评价标准进行评估,结果显示方案2最优,满足设计要求。
