京津冀地区公共服务质量评价

     

摘要

This paper evaluates the quality of public service in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.Firstly, set up the initial public service quality evaluation system by in-depth interview.Secondly, according to the ques-tionnaire survey in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,the subjective preference of the residents for determining the weight of the evaluation indexes was obtained.Finally,evaluate the quality of public service in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.Research results show that residents' preferences for public services change with the educa-tional background,working status and age.The difference of public service quality among Beijing,Tianjin and He-bei is very obvious.With the distance to the center of the city,the city's public service levels gradually decreased.%通过深度访谈及专家讨论,建立京津冀地区公共服务质量评价体系.采用问卷调查法,获取京津冀地区居民对不同评价指标的主观偏好,并以此为依据对不同评价指标进行赋权,评价京津冀地区不同城市的公共服务质量.结果表明:不同教育背景、不同工作状态和不同年龄居民对公共服务的偏好存在明显差异;京津冀城市间公共服务质量差异显著,呈现出以北京和天津为中心逐渐衰减的空间格局.
