目的 探讨锁定加压解剖钢板治疗股骨粗隆区骨折的临床疗效.方法 该院自2003年7月～2008年6月采用锁定钢板治疗80例股骨粗隆区骨折患者,术后平均随访13个月,回顾性分析术中术后并发症、骨折愈合情况及患肢功能评分.结果 80例患者中76例得到随访,优良患者 71例,优良率93.4%.结论 锁定加压解剖钢板治疗股骨粗隆区骨折是一种很好的选择,尤其对于老年骨质疏松的病人.%Aim To discuss the clinical effect of treatment for intertrochanteric fracture by locking compression plate. Methods 80 carnses with intertrochanteric fractures were treated by locking compression plates between July 2003 and June 2006. The follow-up period rnwas 13 months on average. The cases were retrospectively studied on the complications during and after the operations,the healing situarntions and the assessing scores of the functions. Results 76 cases were followed-up ,71 cases excellent and good,the excellent and good rnrate being 93.4％. Conclusion It is a good choice to treat intertrochanteric fracture by using locking compression plate,except for the rnold osteoporosis people.
