聚乙烯铬系催化剂中六价铬含量测定方法的比较

摘要

Using two chemical analysis: ammonium ferrous sulfate and iodimetric analysis on chromium(Ⅵ)in chromium catalyst content determianation, through the comparison of the two methods, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. The results show that the iodometric method greatly shortens the analysis time.%聚乙烯铬系催化剂活化后三价铬转变成六价铬,快速准确测定六价铬的含量对工艺生产非常重要.使用两种化学分析法硫酸亚铁铵法和碘量法对铬催化剂中铬(Ⅵ)含量进行测定,通过两种方法的比较,分析了两种方法的优缺点,采用碘量法大大缩短了分析时间.
