风力发电机组中太阳轮轴的疲劳分析

摘要

风力发电机组中的太阳轮易发生疲劳破坏，影响整个齿轮箱的疲劳寿命。利用UG软件建立太阳轮轴的三维有限元模型，并通过ANSYS-workbench软件对轴进行静力学分析和结构疲劳分析，为疲劳寿命设计提供一种方法，以预测太阳轮轴的疲劳寿命。%Sun gear is easy to get fatigue destroy in wind turbine generator, and influences the fatigue life of the whole gearbox. The ar-ticle presents the establishment of 3D finite element model of sun axle by using UG software, and expounds the analysis of statics and structural fatigue by ANSYS-workbench software. It provides a method for the design of fatigue life in order to predict the fatigue life of sun axle.
