为了提高风力发电机组的结构稳定性,基于风力载荷和风力发电机组要求的特性等因素选择膜片式联轴器作为设计模型.首先对简化后的联轴器模型作整体静力分析,分析结果表明结构合理且强度满足设计要求.其次对结构中变形较大的零部件——膜片和中间联接体作了模态分析,得到了中间联接体前6阶的模态振型,并通过疲劳寿命计算,证明联轴器的寿命满足设计要求.最后对联轴器的关键部件作静强度校核,并针对膜片结构承受载荷较大的情况,对膜片结构进行了调整——在膜片与螺栓联接孔处加设一个高强度耐磨衬套.%Wind power technology is the key to solve the energy problem.Flexible coupling is a part of wind tur-bine and its structural design directly affects the normal operation of the entire unit.According to the actual load-ing conditions and the modal analysis, it obtains the first 6-order frequency of vibration about the coupling, cal-culates the critical speed and compares with the rotating speed of the coupling.On the loading of the cyclic stress, the structure appears the fatigue damage.Based on the cumulative fatigue theory, it analyzes the life cy-cle and verifies the long-life of the diaphragm couplings.
