The impact damage of steel ball to TC4 plate was numerical simulated in LS - DYNA based on Bammann viscoplastic constitutive model and Modified Zerilli- Armstrong model. For modified Zerilli- Armstrong model,linear polynomial equation of state and Gruneisen equation of state were used in numerical simulation. The effect of equation of state on the numerical simulation result of FOD was analyzed. Through comparison between the numerical simulation result by using different material models, result shows that the effect of equation of state on the numerical simulation result of FOD is small. The role of constitutive model is more important than equation of state in FOD numerical simulation of blades of aeroengine.%分别采用Bammann粘塑性本构模型和修正Zerilli-Armstrong本构模型在IS-DYNA软件中对钢珠冲击TC4钛合金平板试件的冲击损伤过程进行了数值模拟.通过对修正Zerilli-Armstrong本构模型选择线性多项式状态方程和Gruneisen状态方程,研究了状态方程在发动机叶片FOD数值模拟中的作用.通过对比分析钢珠在不同速度下冲击TC4试件产生的弹坑外貌、尺寸以及残余应力分布,结果表明,是否使用状态方程来描述叶片材料在冲击载荷下的体积压缩或膨胀行为,对FOD数值模拟结果的影响很小.在发动机叶片的FOD数值模拟中,材料本构模型的选择和评估更为重要.
